We understand that purchasing a new puppy is a big commitment and we want to ensure that our customers are getting a healthy and happy addition to their families. That is why we offer the following health guarantee for all of our Sheltie puppies for sale:

1. Our Sheltie puppies will be up to date on all vaccinations and deworming before leaving our kennel.
2. Our Sheltie puppies will be examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to sale and will come with a health certificate.
3. We guarantee that our Sheltie puppies are free from any genetic or congenital defects that would affect their quality of life. If a genetic or congenital defect is found within the first year of the puppy’s life, we will either provide a full refund or a replacement puppy of the same value at no additional cost.
4. We guarantee that our Sheltie puppies are in good health at the time of sale. If a puppy becomes ill within the first 72 hours of arriving to its new home, we will either provide a full refund or a replacement puppy of the same value at no additional cost.
5. We recommend that the new owner take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival to ensure the puppy’s continued health. If the puppy is found to have a pre-existing condition that was not disclosed by us, the guarantee will be void.
6. This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the puppy.
